Privacy policy


The protection of your data when shopping and contacting us via our shop is very important to us. Your personal data is always processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and in compliance with the country-specific data protection regulations that apply to us. Below, we inform you in more detail about the handling of your data.

  1. Collection and storage of personal data and the nature and purpose of their use

  1. a) When visiting our shop

The website can be visited anonymously via browser or app from all end devices. When you visit our shop, the browser or app used on your device automatically sends the following information to the server: Your IP address, the date and time of your access, the name and URL of the file accessed, the website from which the access was made, the browser used and the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your network provider. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file.


However, this information does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person, but is only collected in anonymized form. This data is processed for the purpose of enabling the use of the website (establishing a connection), system security, technical administration, network infrastructure, optimization of the website and for statistical purposes. You can therefore visit our shop and find out about our products and prices without providing any personal data.


  1. b) When contacting us or making a purchase

We only collect and store your personal data when you place an order or send us an enquiry by e-mail or contact form. The data collected in this context will be forwarded to us for contract processing and to process your enquiry.

In the case of a purchase, this is your billing and delivery address (title, name, address, telephone number and e-mail address) and, when contacting us, your title, name and e-mail address. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter f GDPR.

We only pass on your personal data to third parties who support us in providing our services, in compliance with strict data protection standards and if this is legally permissible and necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 letter b GDPR. This includes the shipping service provider selected by you when ordering and commissioned with the delivery to you, the payment service provider with which you pay for the order, as well as the merchandise management or billing system used by us to process the order. In this respect, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

If data is transferred to third countries, this is done under strict security conditions and in accordance with data protection laws, including suitable guarantees.


  1. Duration of data storage

We store your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract. Thereafter, the data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after expiry of the respective statutory retention periods (e.g. retention periods under commercial and tax law), unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we continue to have a legitimate interest in storing it.


  1. Automated decision-making and profiling

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling in a way that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

You have the right:

  • In accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, to request information about your personal data processed by us.
  • In accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, to immediately request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us.
  • In accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
  • In accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data if the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or you have lodged an objection to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR.
  • In accordance with Art. 19 GDPR, if you have asserted the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing against us, we are obliged to notify all recipients to whom the personal data concerned have been disclosed of this rectification or erasure of the data or restriction of processing, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort.
  • In accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request that it be transmitted to another controller.
  • In accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR, to revoke your consent to us at any time. This can be done simply by sending a message to the contact details above and will result in us no longer being allowed to continue the data processing based on this consent in the future.
  • In accordance with Art. 77 GDPR to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter. f GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR. You have a general right to object, which will be implemented by us without specifying a particular situation.
